Amenities at The Windsor fall into two categories: those to make living at home more enjoyable and those to make working from home more seamless.
foundation amenities
Public living spaces are layered throughout the building, from the foundation-level screening room to the rooftop lawn. A ground-floor library with privacy pods boosts at-home efficiency.
At the foundation level, a suite of entertaining rooms expands your home with everything you need to host friends or simply enjoy staying in. Amenities include a private dining room with connecting private lounge, a screening room, and a game room kitted out with billiards and table tennis. An adjacent children’s playroom will keep the little ones happy and safe.
ground floor amenities
The Windsor’s attended lobby welcomes guests in gracious style and ushers residents to the ground level’s core amenities, the library and fitness center. A central stairwell connects to the foundation-level entertaining spaces.
Outdoor amenities
Over 12,000 square feet of outdoor amenities are a standout highlight of The Windsor. A landscaped inner courtyard fills the ground floor’s oversized windows with a verdant backdrop, while the common rooftop offers views of the Manhattan skyline and the Prospect Park canopy.
On the opposite rooftop, a bocce court and a grassy expanse we cheekily call the Great Lawn share epic views across the treetops of Prospect Park and all the way to Manhattan.
